Excellence in Sourcing

With offices on campus at the new Lund University Innovation Center, just across from the Nanometer Structure Consortium, NEMS AB is endowed with the unsurpassed sourcing opportunities.

Laboratory work is conducted at the state-of-the-art nanolab (see www.nano.lth.se), offering excellent facilities for NIL, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and other characterization equipment. Measurement facilities have been made available at the Department for Electro- and Information Technology, just across the engineering campus in Lund. For world class work with Electron Beam Lithography (EBL), necessary to produce the stamps for NIL, a short trip across the water to Copenhagen is necessary to make use of the superb facilities and engineers at DTU Danchip.

This unique environment is not only useful for access to labs, but just as importantly for finding the people that use them. NEMS AB personnel are all recruited from university research work. In many cases, NEMS AB has been able to offer part time positions to attract valuable input from some of the best international researchers.
